Storage and Delivery of Southern Bella Cupcakes

Southern Bella Cupcakes can be delivered in plastic individual sets of 12, lid containers. OR (12 ounce) Minature Mason Jars that are sealed and wrap by design.

(Additional Charges will occur by the speciality of design requested.)

All monies must be paid upon purchase of cupcake orders, there will be no refunds, credits, exchanges.

(Due to the stock of product all ingridents must be used in effort not to go over in expense.)

The Day before delivery a confirmation e-mail and direct phone call will be placed in accuracy of your order placed-

Southern Bella Cupcakes is not responsible for the delay in delivery time due to weather changes:

All deposits must be paid 3-weeks prior before the event/venue.

All monies other than the (deposit) must be paid in full the day before the event or the day of arrival of pre-purchased order-(Not towards the end of the event)


Please note some fruit toppings for ex: Strawberries, Blueberries have a constancy of excess water build up that will run into the icing- when ordering these toppings Southern Bella Cupcakes will store these items in a sealed plastic container to hold the freshness that can be later added on to your cupcake at your leisure.

Southern Bella Cupcakes are Specialty Cupcakes that come in a different variety of taste and flavor. And should be stored in a cool refrigerator and consumed within that same week of purchase.

Southern Bella Cupcakes are Premium cupcakes are special in their own individual way, tall yet moist and flavorful and its part of the couture line of (SBC's) that you will not be able to eat in one sitting." (these delectable cupcakes flavors come in only Strawberry Daiquiri, Key lime, Vanilla Bean, Raspberry Lemonade.*)
